Is there an official StoreLo plugin for WordPress?

Yes. The StoreLo plugin is on WordPress.org, so you can install it straight from Plugins → Add New. It gives you a [storelo] shortcode and a ready-made StoreLo block for the editor, stores one setting (your Locator ID) and creates no database tables or cron jobs.

Do I have to use the plugin?

No. The plugin is a convenience, not a requirement. If you prefer to install nothing, paste the one-line embed snippet into a Custom HTML block and the locator works exactly the same. Both routes use the same Locator ID from your StoreLo dashboard.

Does it work with Elementor and other page builders?

Yes. The [storelo] shortcode renders in Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder and WPBakery, and every one of those builders also has an HTML or embed widget you can paste the snippet into.

Will it slow down my WordPress site?

No. The widget loads asynchronously from our CDN, so it does not block page rendering, and your locations are never stored in or queried from your WordPress database. The plugin itself only reads one option.

Can I style it to match my WordPress theme?

Yes. You can adjust colors, fonts, map style, and markers from the StoreLo dashboard. For pixel-level control, you can add custom CSS.

What if I get stuck during setup?

Send your list of locations and your website address, and we put the locator live for you: import, brand styling and the embed. Free, on any plan. That is policy, not a favor.

What happens to my page if I cancel?

Your locations are yours: export them to CSV from the dashboard at any time, on any plan including free. Cancel whenever you want, and remove the shortcode or snippet from the page. Nothing is left behind in your database.
