Plans, billing and your account

No billing surprises is a product feature. This page covers what each plan includes, how the trial behaves, and how you leave with your data if you ever want to.

The pricing page lists every number without asking for your email.

Trials and the no-surprises rule

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. Before the trial converts, and before any renewal that costs you money, you get an email first. That is a standing promise, in writing, on the StoreLo promise page.

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel

All of it happens in the dashboard, self-service. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not delete anything: your locators and locations stay, and the plan simply drops to the free tier limits.

Your data: export and deletion

Export: your profile page has a one-click export that bundles your account data as JSON, and locations can additionally be exported as CSV at any time. Deletion: the danger zone on the profile page deletes your account and every locator, location, setting and event with it, after you type DELETE to confirm. Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of the same step. GDPR rights, the privacy policy and the DPA apply as written.

Frequently asked

What happens when my trial ends?
You get an email before it converts, so nothing charges silently. If you do nothing after that email, the plan continues; if you cancel, you drop to the free tier and keep your data.
Do I lose my locations if I downgrade?
No. Data is never deleted on a downgrade. If you have more locations than the new plan allows, the excess simply stops being served until you are back within the limit.
Can I move a locator to another account?
Yes, email me and I transfer it, including locations, styling and analytics history. Useful when an agency hands a locator over to the client.
